RETURNS
Warranties
All products sold by GolfZilla carry the full manufacturer's warranty.
If you have a problem covered by the manufacturer's warranty, GolfZilla
will, if needed, assist you in reaching a resolution with the manufacturer.
Returns (Except Used Clubs)
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item purchased from GolfZilla,
simply return it (in NEW and UNUSED condition) within 20 days for
a full refund of the purchase price. Special orders, custom orders and personalized items cannot be returned.
- All returned items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition and in
the original packaging. If a returned item has been used in any
way it will not be considered new and unused.
- Returns must be made within 20 days of the date shipped by GolfZilla.
USED CLUB RETURNS If for any reason you are not satisfied
with any used club(s) purchased from GolfZilla, simply return
the club(s) within 7 days for a refund of 90% the purchase price.
- All returned used clubs must be in the same condition as purchased
from GolfZilla.
- Returns must be made (shipped) within 7 days of the date received
by the customer.
